MAPGEO2015

MAPGEO2015 is IBGE’s official geoid model and utility for Brazil, designed to convert GNSS-derived ellipsoidal heights into orthometric heights consistent with the country’s geodetic reference systems. Built from an updated combination of terrestrial gravity, GNSS/leveling, and satellite-derived geopotential information, it provides geoid undulation values (N) across Brazilian territory so users can obtain elevations referenced to mean sea level using H = h − N.
